Confirm Your Identity

The first step in the enrollment process is verifying your identity. We do this by asking you to provide some personally identifying information. 
  • The answers you provide are verified against the information we have on file for you.
  • If our records are incorrect or differ from the information you provide, you will not be able to complete the enrollment process. Please contact us for assistance at (800) 874-5544, M-F, 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. ET.
  • Members who do not have an SSN/TIN will need to contact us for assistance.

Register



During the Register step, you will choose the Username that you will use for future logins to online and mobile banking. You will also be sent a temporary password via the method you select.
  • Choose a Username that is easy for you to remember. 
  • The system will alert you if the Username you entered meets the requirements; the Check Availability button will let you know if it’s available.
  • Once you click on “Continue,” your Username will be saved. You have the option to select a new one within online banking if needed.
  • To continue the enrollment process, you will need a temporary password. The delivery options presented will vary depending on the contact information we have on file for you.
  • If you do not have access to the email address(es) or phone number(s) displayed, please contact us for assistance at (800) 874-5544, M-F, 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. ET.

Authenticate



This part of the enrollment process is comprised of four steps: 1. enter temporary password; 2. select new password; 3. select security questions/answers; 4. choose confidence image and secret image text.

Temporary Password

  • You should receive your temporary password via the method you selected in the previous step within five minutes.
  • If you don’t receive it within this timeframe, click on “Resend Password.”

New Password

  • Following the listed requirements, choose a password that is difficult for others to guess, but is easy for you to remember. This is the password that you will use each time you log in to online/ mobile banking.

Security Questions

  • We use security questions as an added layer of protection against fraudulent access to members’ accounts through online/mobile banking. 
  • You should choose question and answer combinations that are easy for you to remember, but not easy for others to guess.
  • You must select a question from each drop-down menu (four total). 
  • You cannot use the same answer for multiple questions.

Confidence Image/Image Secret

  • You can select one of the images presented, or upload your own.
  • The Image Secret text you enter will be displayed along with the Confidence Image each time you enter your password in online/mobile banking.
  • If you do not see your chosen image during the login process, do not enter your password.


Confirm Your Contact Information



Providing us with up-to-date contact information ensures that you receive important account notifications, and that we have a way to contact you if necessary.

  • If the phone number and email address we have on file for you are correct (the fields will be pre-filled with this information), simply choose your time zone and click “Continue” to complete the enrollment process.
  • If the fields are blank or the information is incorrect, please enter the correct information in the appropriate fields before clicking on “Continue.”
  • The time zone you select will affect how times are displayed for you within online/mobile banking for things like alerts and recent login activity. 

Done



At this step, you have completed the enrollment process and are now ready to use online banking. Select one of the options presented to get started. 

Complete Profile

Select this option to navigate right to your profile settings where you can edit your:

  • Username
  • Password
  • Security Questions
  • Confidence Image
  • Time Zone

View Accounts

Select this option to navigate directly to your Dashboard, which is your online banking “home page.” From here you can view your:

Accounts

  • Balance and Available Balance (if applicable)
  • Recent activity
  • Upcoming activity (e.g., scheduled transfers)

Customize Settings

  • Select this option to navigate to your settings where you can:
  • Customize your menu options (Widgets tab)
  • Update your contact information (Contacts tab)
  • Add alerts (Notifications tab)
  • Customize your accounts with a color scheme and nickname (Accounts tab)
